Customer Reviews: Aftermarket Headlight HousingsMay 2, 2010 PeeWee(Strasburg, VA) I was quoted a heart-stopping price of $796 for two genuine Hyundai headlight housings for my 2004 Elantra GT. I found these on the Internet for about $120 for the pair and just couldn't pass them up.
They look great and fit very well. On the downside: The low-beam scatter pattern is somewhat less precise than the original Hyundai parts and there are a couple of shadows in the light field. With virtually no adjustment available (same with the originals), I am trying to get used to the light not projecting out quite as far ahead of the car as I would like.
Despite these points, they are well worth the price and the incredible savings over OEM parts. If you need new housings, I would definitely recommend these. They came ready to drop in place and mine included all new bulbs.
