They replace your engine's stock air cleaner or airbox with a low-restriction K&N filter assembly that increases airflow to your engine. And as we all learned in Hot Rod 101, more air means more power--up to 19 more horsepower. Plus, the filters can be covered by up to 1/8 in. of debris before air restriction makes cleaning necessary. The kits include an air filter assembly, a plenum (where applicable), mounting hardware, and instructions.

This product works just as I had expected it to. It sounds great when you open the throttle and as the tach makes its way to 3-4,000 rpm's. A nice roar from under the hood. The power increase is minimal but can be felt. Overall a great product and a fairly easy install.
